7 vendors publish no price at all: DASH, by Cotality, Xcelerate, ServiceTitan, JobNimbus, KnowHow, Perch Alerts, EverConnect. Each one asks you to book a demo before it will tell you the number.

What one room scan costs
- DocuSketch: About $49 a scan at the twenty pack and about $76 at the five pack.
- Encircle Floor Plan: $29 a plan, plus $10 to import it into an Xactimate sketch.
- Matterport: A schematic floor plan is an add on for every space.
- magicplan: Priced by the project, with a ten project minimum every month.

What Restomo costs
$500 a month for one location, with everyone in the company signed in and no charge for a seat, unlimited room scans, and Romo included with $100 of model spend a month. Every location after the first is $400 a month and runs as its own company. There is nothing to pay for setup, and every company starts with 60 days free on its own jobs with no card. A custom build of Restomo under your own name is a project price agreed in writing, on top of the subscription.
