Encircle is field documentation software for restoration contractors, and Restomo is job management software that holds the whole job, including field documentation and room scans, for one monthly price with no per scan or per plan fee. This page repeats only what Encircle publishes on its own pricing page and what Restomo ships today.
What Encircle publishes
In the seven tool stack Restomo publishes for a twenty person company across two locations, Encircle fills the field documentation job. Its published rate, read from its own pricing page in September 2026, is $583 for Scope to Estimate at up to 200 jobs a year, rising with your job volume. That rate is not flat: it scales with annual job volume.
For floor plans, Encircle Floor Plan is published at $29 a plan, plus $10 to import it into an Xactimate sketch. The cheapest credible per plan price in the industry, and still a line on the bill for every job. Albiware's home page also lists Encircle among its integrations, which is how many companies meet it.
What Restomo does with the same work
In Restomo the field documentation is one tab on the technician's phone. The technician walks the room with the phone camera and Restomo draws the floor plan, with the doors, windows and openings, using no laser and no extra hardware. Each scan becomes a plan on the job record the moment the room is done, the photos and the hours land on the same record, and every scan is included in the monthly price with no per plan fee.
The plan exports as SVG, DXF, JSON and XML, and the DXF is what the estimator opens in Xactimate Sketch as a trace underlay. Restomo does not write an ESX file and does not claim to.
The prices side by side
Restomo is $500 a month for the whole company, with everyone signed in, unlimited room scans and the assistant included, and a second location is $400 a month. That figure also covers the boards, the time clock, crew chat and the owner's numbers, so it is not a like for like line against a field documentation subscription. Encircle's page says more than this page repeats, and the right comparison is its page against a walkthrough of your own job.
What to keep in mind
Restomo connects to Google Calendar and to Gmail today, each one connected by the person who uses it, and estimating stays in Xactimate and the books stay in QuickBooks. Restomo does not connect to Encircle. If your carrier programs or your current job system require Encircle documentation, that is a reason to keep it. Restomo has one customer so far and says so; what it offers instead of a logo wall is the product itself and a walkthrough on one of your open jobs.
Pricing as published in September 2026, read from each vendor's own page. DocuSketch has said publicly that an instant sketch will fall under $30 once its own model ships.
