Romo, the assistant inside Restomo, reads the same job records as the boards and the field tab and answers from what the company actually did. Today it answers questions about your own jobs, writes a morning report and an end of day report, and raises the jobs that have gone quiet. It changes nothing except the rules you teach it, and it cannot send anything to anyone outside your company.
It answers on the first day
Eight questions are worked out straight from your own rows and written as sentences, with nothing sent anywhere and nothing spent, before anyone has pasted in a key: what needs attention, how the week is going against your targets, which files are missing information, which leads nobody has contacted, which jobs have gone quiet, which signatures are still pending, what is overdue, and who is on the clock right now.
Two reports write themselves
The morning report answers what to do today in seven parts: emergencies open right now, leads nobody has contacted yet and how old each one is, the inspections scheduled today with who is going and when, estimates that are due, the jobs that moved yesterday, anything sitting on a named person, and the week so far against your targets. The end of day report answers what the company did, in six. A part with nothing in it says so in a full sentence.
Every number is traceable
A check reads every figure in the draft answer against every figure in every record the run actually opened. A report carrying a number that no record returned goes back for a rewrite, and if it comes back carrying one again the report is held rather than delivered. A claim number or a job number is never guessed.
The brakes came first
Anything that moves money, changes somebody's access, edits company settings or deletes a signed document cannot be registered as something Romo can do at all. Everything written by somebody outside your company, a customer email, an uploaded document, a web page, is carried inside markers that make it readable and never obeyable. Three prompts a day for any one person at the most, and one waved off does not come back that day.
What it cannot do yet
Today Romo reads everything a person is allowed to see and writes one thing, a rule you taught it. It cannot move a job, draft an email or message anyone. The writes are next, and each arrives with a card you confirm and an undo that works. Anything addressed to a customer will arrive as a draft, and nothing leaves your company until a person has read it and pressed send.
What it costs and what it sees
Romo is included in the $500 a month price with $100 of model spend a month, and the owner watches that spend in the app and sets a limit for each person. A company that would rather run on its own Anthropic or OpenAI account pastes in its own key. The model sees only what a question needs, and nothing is used to train a model.
