These are the vendors that touch your data in order for Restomo to run. Each one is here because the product cannot work without it, and each is bound by terms no weaker than the ones in our data processing agreement. When we add or replace one we update this page and tell the owner of every company on Restomo before the change takes effect.
Amazon Web Services
Runs the application, the database and the storage holding your photos, scans and documents.
Held in the United States
Amazon Simple Email Service
Sends the mail the product sends: invitations, password resets, notifications and confirmations.

Anthropic
Runs the assistant when your company is on Anthropic. It sees only what a question needs, and nothing is used to train a model.

OpenAI
Runs the assistant when your company is on OpenAI instead. Same rule: only what the question needs, and nothing trains a model.

Google
Google Calendar and Gmail, only for the people in your company who connect their own Google account, and only for what they connect. The calendar syncs both ways, and an insurance packet is written as a draft into that person's own Gmail for them to review and send.

Sentry
Collects error reports so we can fix crashes. It receives technical details about a failure rather than your job records.
