What it holds
In Restomo the office takes the call and dictates the note, and the lead is on the board before the call ends. The job moves through the company's own stages by drag, with dollars per column and days per card. The crew clocks in, scans the rooms and takes the photos in one tab on the phone, and the office watches the record fill in. Every stage has a date, every hour and photo is attached, and the final number is on the record.
The owner reads four numbers before the first coffee without asking anyone: open jobs, days to close, dollars in progress and leads nobody has called yet. Sales, operations and rebuild each have their own board, and completed jobs land on an accounts receivable board with the dollars and the stage.
What it does not do
Restomo does not replace Xactimate and does not try to. Estimating stays where it is, and the room scanner writes the DXF file the estimator imports into Xactimate Sketch as a trace underlay. Restomo does not replace accounting either. Invoicing and the books stay where the bookkeeper already works.
What it costs
Restomo is $500 a month for the whole company, with everyone signed in, every room scan included and the assistant running, and the first 60 days are free on your own jobs with no card. A second location is $400 a month. Setup is a call rather than a project, and the product is sized for a five to fifty person company.
