For franchises

Built inside a franchise location, for franchise locations.

Restomo was built inside a Chicago restoration franchise, which means it was built around the way a franchise location actually runs: the brand's estimating and accounting tools stay, the crew changes, and the owner wants to know where every job stands without a phone call.

  1. Each location is its own company

A location gets its own boards, its own crew logins and its own numbers, separated from every other location by row-level security in the database. One location never sees another's jobs. If you own two, we set up both on the walkthrough.

  2. The standard lives in the stages

Your stages, your fields and your first-visit checklist are the board. A new hire learns the process by moving a job across it, and the owner sees a job that has sat too long in a stage without asking.

  3. The crew signs in with a username

No app store, no personal email required. A technician opens the field tab from the home screen, clocks in, scans the rooms and takes the photos. When someone leaves, the owner deactivates the login and the job history stays.

  4. Nothing the franchisor's tools do is duplicated

Estimating stays in Xactimate and the books stay in QuickBooks. Restomo holds the job in between: the lead, the stages, the hours, the scans and the photos.
