Answers for restoration owners

What does a restoration CRM do?

A restoration CRM holds every lead from the first call, moves it through the stages a company defines, and shows the owner which leads nobody has contacted. In Restomo the CRM is the sales board: the office dictates the lead during the call, the job moves by drag, and the same record carries on into mitigation, rebuild and accounts receivable.

Intake

The office takes the call and dictates the note, and the lead is on the sales board before the call ends. Owners and admins set the lead sources and the targets the numbers are measured against in the settings area, alongside the crew logins, the access levels and the stages on each board.

Stages

The stages, the fields and the first visit checklist are the board. A new hire learns the process by moving a job across it, and the owner sees a job that has sat too long in a stage without asking, because the day count is on the card. Every column shows its dollars.

Follow up

Leads nobody has called yet is one of the four numbers on the owner's dashboard. Romo, the assistant inside Restomo, lists the leads nobody has contacted and how old each one is in the morning report, and ten rules notice the things nobody thought to ask about: a lead with no first contact past the threshold you set, an inspection finished with no estimate sent, an estimate sent with no follow up, a job won and never scheduled.

The rules do not nag. Three prompts a day for any one person at the most, chosen by what the job is worth and then by how long it has been waiting, and one waved off does not come back that day.

The hand off

When one person finishes their half of a job, Restomo prompts the person receiving the work rather than the one who just finished it. The inspector's completed scope prompts the estimator, and the estimator's sent estimate prompts the office. The won job moves to the operations board, and when it is complete it lands on the accounts receivable board with the dollars and the stage.

What it does not do today

Romo reads everything a person is allowed to see and writes one thing, a rule you taught it. It cannot draft an email, message anyone or send anything to a customer, and it will not until each of those arrives with a card you confirm and an undo that works. Sales follow up software is one of the tools on the published stack that Restomo covers, and Restomo does not send marketing email.

Related questions

Is a restoration CRM different from job management software?
The CRM is the front of the job. In Restomo it is the sales board, and the same record continues through operations, rebuild and accounts receivable, so there is no second system to re-key into.
Can I set my own sales stages?
Yes. The stages, the fields and the first visit checklist on each board are set by the owner or an admin in the settings area.
Does Restomo send emails to leads?
Not today. Romo can raise a lead that nobody has contacted, but it cannot draft an email or message anyone, and nothing leaves the company until a person has read it and pressed send.
